 Relationship Refresh-The Program

EndorsedProgram1_edited.png

A new way to experience the relationship you want to keep building.

You have a history together, and you both want a future together. Yet familiar reactions, recurring disagreements, or a loss of connection keep getting in the way.

Relationship Refresh is a structured program of transformational education and personal coaching, generally completed over 90 days. It is designed for established couples—typically together five years or more, who want to develop new habits that support growth, love, and intimacy.

See yourself differently. Relate differently.

Thomas helps each of you recognize relationship habits and emotional patterns that may have been hidden from your view. Seeing those patterns opens new possibilities for how you respond to your partner.

You will explore your Deepest Desire: the emotional experience your heart most longs for. You will examine how familiar habits attempt to fulfill that longing, and how those habits can undermine the connection you want.

Through teaching, coaching, and practice, you will learn to:

  • Recognize your triggers and take responsibility for your response.

  • Stop, regain yourself, and use the Do-Over Game to approach a difficult moment again with greater awareness and care.

  • Create Full Moments through attention, appreciation, and gestures that speak to what matters most to your partner.

  • Develop Love Sparks, new habits that bring love and intimacy into everyday life.

The aim is communication with less friction, more frequent and lasting experiences of happiness together, and greater capacity to accept and appreciate your partner.

How the program works

You begin with a preparation webinar and individual sessions, creating space for each person to examine their own relationship habits. Thomas then combines individual and joint sessions according to what emerges.

Weekly podcasts or webinars, reflection, and assignments help you put the learning into practice. Plan for approximately 45–90 minutes each week outside your sessions, along with opportunities to practice during daily life.

Sessions begin weekly. As you integrate the work, Thomas may recommend spacing them two or three weeks apart.

Both partners need to be in.

This work asks each of you to show up consistently, remain open to coaching, and examine the parts of yourself you may prefer not to see. Your willingness to practice is essential.

Relationship Refresh provides a structured foundation for change. Afterward, an ongoing coaching package can support monthly or quarterly tune-ups as you continue building your life together.

Schedule a complimentary conversation with Thomas to explore whether Relationship Refresh is a good fit for you both.
