Practice:  Choose one person, someone that is in your inner circle.  If you are partnered, that would be the perfect choice.  No matter what is happening or how they are being (unless you are in physical or emotional danger) imagine they are awesome with you.  No matter how they seem, include all of it and be awesome with them.  Go about your day as though it is absolutely true.  Be prepared to report on your findings.

    Week 1

    The world is what you think it is

    Quantum physics experiments have demonstrated that the expectations of the observer determine the result of the experiment. In other words, there is no split between the observer and the observed, the subject and the object.

    The world we’re looking at is entirely subjective; there is not an objective world apart from our mind. We are simply observing what we believe.

    Everything is completely unified, completely connected; there is no separation.  It’s all energy.

    The efficacy of thought as a medium for transformation has been documented since the ancient times when the Buddha said: “You become what you think.”

    Practice: Choose ONE person, someone that is part of your inner circle.  Husband, wives, family members are generally very good choices.  Imagine they are awesome with you.  No matter what is happening, how they “seem”, simply “be” that they are incredibly awesome with you and you are incredibly awesome with them. Now go about your day as if it is true.

    Workshop Two

    1.  Do the healing heart meditation daily
    2.  Read Principle 2 daily (at least 3 times this week) (below under heading Reading assignment CLASS 2)
    3. Practice:  Take on your learnings from last weeks practice and include everyone in your life.  Imagine and be that everyone in your path is awesome with you.  Keep in mind that if anyone has you feel in danger physically or emotionally DO NOT PRACTICE this with them but take necessary precautions.  Otherwise, no matter how people seem to be, you interpret them as awesome and be awesome with them.  See everyone through the eyes of love.

    Week 2

    Open heartedness and seeing through the eyes of Perfect Love

    This principle reminds us that the world, our reality and, our experiences, are shaped by our load bearing walls. You will hear more on load bearing walls later in the course, for now just relate to them as THOUGHTS WITH EMOTION AND LIMITING BELIEFS that define the small self.  It is through this “self” that we see.

    The idea that your conscious creates your reality is not very easy to refute since how you view the world determines your willingness to engage and take action.

    Remember that you have the power to change first your perceived experience by seeing through the eyes of love. It is practicing open heartedness and seeing through the eyes of PERFECT LOVE that break down the load bearing walls naturally and without effort.

    Practice: Imagine everyone on your path today is awesome with you and you are awesome with them. Now go about your day as if it is true.

    2. Inquire into your limiting beliefs, reoccuring thoughts and emotions

Practice:  You are in an ocean of energy, feel the energy, get conscious to the reality of this which you were born into.  You are immersed in Divine Love.  Let go of FEAR based emotions such as anger, frustration, jealousy, envy, prossessiveness, blame, shame, and guilt.  Experience the reality of Quantum Forgiveness.

    Week 3

    We are the givers and receivers of energy

    In the book “The Three Laws Of Performance,” Steve Zafron points out that we have the power to create how the world or situation or an event occurs for us because, how any event occurs for us dictates how we will respond and the response dictates the future that we’re living into.

    We are the givers and receivers of energy, including divine energy, the energy that is FORGIVENESS. When that energy, the divine flows freely through us, then our view of EVERYTHING is dramatically different.  In fact, it is a purified view where misperceptions and illusions gets corrected.  This naturally lends itself to a Quantum Forgiveness which leaves you with peace.  When that energy is thwarted, interrupted or stopped, by some version of fear it changes the view.  This view perpetuates misperception and illusion, which leaves us guilt ridden, leaving peace simply out of reach.  This energy, this life energy is LOVE, PERFECT Love.  Distinct from an emotional response, which PERFECT LOVE can evoke, it is the master of our universe, the building block of all that is real.

    Week 4

    At any moment, I can choose to hold onto or let go of thoughts
    A feeling habit by distinction is taking a common habitual thought and feeling a familiar way about it.  Said another way feeling habits are almost always a thought.  We relate to them as feelings and therefore they become more difficult to let go.

    Some feeling habits as an example are:”
    I feel unappreciated
    I feel fat
    I feel like a failure
    I feel like they don’t like me
    I feel ashamed
    I feel embarrassed
    I feel lost and confused
    I feel invalidated
    I feel unworthy
    I feel stupid
    I feel left out

    Notice, a feeling habit has a structure. It is a thought that is expressed and experienced as a feeling.  One can let go of the feeling habit (get free) when he/she distinguish the thought as a thought.

    Practice: Let go of your FEELING HABITS by reducing them to thought.  Notice how much more freedom you have being with others.

    Week 5

    There are no limits, everything is possible

    Saying there are no limits seems unrealistic, since we do see limits all around us.  Our bodies can only grow to a certain height, we can only see up to a certain distance, our ears can only hear within a limited frequency, we only live to a certain number of years, the earth is limited in its dimension, resources are limited, we only have what we have. Limits, limits and more limits.

    So what then is unlimited?

    We will answer that by distinguishing two limits.  An authentic limit and an inauthentic limit.

    Authentic limits
    A universe without any limitations equals an unlimited experience which equals no experience at all.

    No limits would mean no differentiation, nothing to compare and therefore nothing to experience.  The very nature of experience is based in comparison.  We compare all levels of light in order to see. We compare the frequencies of vibration in order to feel and in order to hear sound.

    What would you experience if you lived in a world where there would be only one color or one sound – nothing. You couldn’t see or hear anything.

    That’s why the unlimited universe needs creative limits to allow us to experience.  The limitation and separation of all the experiential spectrums, is a necessary and creative limitation. It allows us to experience night and day, light and dark, colors, sound, music, noise, etc. To experience through our physical bodies requires comparison.

    Inauthentic limits
    Filtered limits are load bearing walls – load bearing walls are built from ideas and beliefs that don’t serve us, they limit our creative potential.  They deny our ability to create.  The constraints of the filtered limits, which we will refer to as load bearing walls from this point for the purpose of the course, show up in the following ways:
    BLAME
    SHAME
    GUILT
    POSSESSIVENESS
    JEALOUSY
    ENVY
    REGRET
    RESENTMENT
    ANGER
    FRUSTRATION
    to name a few…
    Anything that thwarts, blocks or stops the flow of natural creativity is fundamentally
    FEAR.  Fear is the energy that blocks who we are, LOVE/LIFE energy.

    Our true creative ability exists in the domain of being.  In the domain of being by, letting go of any fixed way that we say that we are, any fear based reality, we have the potential to create for ourselves ANY possible way to be, making it our own and creating it as who we are.

    Practice: List three ways of being that you will try on moment by moment this entire week.  Now practice being that this week.

    Workshop Six

    ASSIGNMENTS:

    1. The BODY SCAN every night before sleep:
    Bedtime practice
    • Lay on your bed ready for rest and scan the body. Scan the body to notice any contractions or tension. Let go. Let go of each and every contraction, each and every tension. Let go until you feel yourself begin to dissolve, and lighten up.
    • Bring to mind each loved one, a brief picture in your mind’s eye and lay love on them, continue, person by person, group by group. Notice who you leave out, include one or two and lay love on them.
    • Sleep.

    2. Read the daily reading once per day (at least 3 times this week)

    This forgiveness is distinct from a forgiveness of superiority.  It is one that isn’t logical but rather ontological; it is a way of being,  a space if you will.
     
    In this space or state, one can rest and trust in a higher purpose for life.  Where you can surrender to life unfolding, that is a letting go – letting go – letting go, a lifestyle versus an act.
     
    Consider it this way:
    Your life purpose is to align with life unfolding, allowing PURE LOVE, that is life energy to flow through powerfully and naturally, an open heartedness.
     
    Love as in who you are and who I am.
    Shame, blame, guilt, jealousy, envy, upset, anger, frustration, anxiety to name a few, are all fundamental expressions of FEAR, that which is a barrier to, a thwart, or stopping to the flow of that energy.
    The mind is addicted to violence but at some primal level it feels good.  These expressions of fear are a kind of violence to the spirit and there is a fundamental addiction to them that one must acknowledge and own.  We create an illusion by trying to resist them rather than simply letting them go.  Resisting of course causing persistence.
     
    Forgiveness as in QUANTUM FORGIVENESS is the ONLY WAY to undo the fear and to open the heart to energy flowing freely again.
     
    This starts with first forgiving oneself, but keep in mind that this forgiveness is not ONE part of you forgiving another, but rather a stepping into an already existing forgiveness that one only needs to accept.
    The key to this is to accept:
    1.  I cannot earn it
    2.  I don’t deserve it
    3.  It is accepted for no reason
     
    Only when I step in can I be that and when I be that it is a joy/honor to extend it to others. Forgiveness is more than a generous gift but rather a wonderful reminder.
     
    Our lives is but an opportunity to practice at very high levels this kind of life.  It is not the world that is our laboratory, but instead it is our own consciousness.

    Workshop Seven

    ASSIGNMENTS:
    Think of yourself as a GIVER and RECEIVER of love.  Look around and be a neutral witness to the basic LOVE ENERGY that shapes you and the world around you.  See and feel it everywhere.  Be accepting, forgiving, and unconditional in your loving kindness.  Breathe love in through all of your cells and let it pass through you, touching every part and lighting you up, then send the love on its way, giving it generously.

    Put love (aliveness) first. Mirror work.  Allowing the essence of who you are,  quantum self to communicate.  Every morning and night,  say in the mirror “I am forgiven”.
    With your spouse, look in the eyes, you are forgiven.
    Practice living well now

    1.  Observe Life Unfolding and begin to pay attention to the Quantum Self
